Prices and pieces
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind. When you complete checkout, the piece is reserved and marked sold once payment is confirmed.
Payment
Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. You are buying from Robin Deriaz; Stripe is the payment processor, not the seller. Your bank or card statement may show “Stripe” or “Stripe Payments” (sometimes categorized as Finance), especially while a charge is pending. That line is still payment for your Robin Deriaz order. Robin Deriaz does not store your full card number. Stripe provides secure processing, fraud screening, and dispute handling tools. Shipping and pickup
At checkout you can choose pickup at the atelier in Corseaux (no shipping fee) or delivery. Delivery is available to Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the USA, and Canada only; other destinations cannot be fulfilled at this time. Shipping rates are calculated from the CHF cart value and destination zone (Switzerland, safe EU, or USA & Canada). For pickup, we will email you to arrange a collection time. For delivery, we will contact you if we need further details for fine jewellery.
Shipping destinations: Delivery is available only to the destinations listed above. Orders cannot be shipped outside this list. Routing an order to an unsupported destination via a third-party forwarder is at the consumer's sole risk.
DDU Execution: All international shipments outside of Switzerland are executed under Incoterms 2020: DAP/DDU. The buyer assumes total responsibility for all import taxes, local sales taxes, and customs handling premiums. If a shipment is rejected by the buyer due to customs fees, the real-world return freight cost and carrier abandonment fees will be deducted from any potential store credit or refund.
Excludes international local customs fees & VAT/TAX. International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP); your local customs authority may collect import VAT/TAX, duties, and courier handling fees prior to delivery.
Orders shipped to the USA and Canada are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Local customs and tax authorities will collect import duties, VAT/TAX, and any courier handling fees prior to delivery.
Refunds and cancellations
Because many items are unique, all sales are generally final once payment is confirmed. If a piece is no longer available at the moment payment clears (for example, sold elsewhere at the same time), we will refund you automatically through Stripe.
For other situations — damage in transit, a genuine mistake, or a agreed return — contact us at contact@robinderiaz.com and we will resolve it with you. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can help. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, Stripe will notify us and we will respond with order details. Unfounded disputes may delay resolution.
